Sen-ti-nel is going to release the Honma Meiko ( 本間 芽衣子 ) 1/7 PVC figure from the anime “Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Boku-tachi wa Mada Shiranai” ( あの日見た花の名前を僕達はまだ知らない, We Still Don’t Know the Name of the Flower We Saw That Day). Will be released in July 2012. Around 210mm tall, 7,429 yen.

Although the figure is not scaled, it's loyally crafted according to the form of the high rank ninja in the picture. His spiky hair, the scar down his eye and the shape of his nose beneath the mask are all sculpted to the most accurate degree.

Looking like a fairly straightforward figure, it boasts a bit more than that. Her top can be unequipped to reveal her shameful feminine physique to the world. Other than the erotic, more suggestive aspects of the figure, it appears as a whole rather cute – contrary to the usual crossdressing and obscure eroticism found in the series as Subaru seems to be as any regular girl with a grand chest.
The color selection is truly marvelous as the usage of white patterned with beige not only lavishly matches her frayed out hair, the vibrant implementation of these neutral tones strongly represent a scene of summer. With white being promient, it makes her appear to be rather elegant and indeed quite lit up in feminine charm.

The handsome butler Konoe removes her bindings to show the whole world what a lovely girl she truly is. Her wavy hair flows down her back as she bends down to look up at her collectors. With the faintest blush on her cheeks, she tells her collectors “Please stop looking at me like that.”
The figure makers at the studio paints a layer of varnish over her bikini top and gives the wrap around skirt a brown border. The combination of colors give Konoe’s skin a healthy tinge and matches with the caramel hues of her hair.

Yet one can only wonder whether such a modest description references her top through the term “bindings” and not something else – although the figure is castoff-able (one may strip her), it seems few in possession of this pre-release item realize or decide to take advantage of this pleasure thus far.
